McCormick has Retained Performance Technology Group to Enhance Call Center Capability
Baltimore, Maryland – March 30, 2009 – McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of spices, seasonings and flavors to the entire food industry, has expanded its relationship with Baltimore-based Performance Technology Group, Inc. (PTG) to provide 24-hour call center capability.
McCormick’s information technology team will work with PTG’s 24x7x365 staffed network operations center to ensure around-the-clock support for its multiple business centers.
