Performance Technology Group Awarded CATS II Master Contractor Status

Baltimore, Maryland – March 16, 2009 – The State of Maryland awarded Performance Technology Group (PTG) as a Master Contractor for the Consulting and Technical Specification II (CATS II). In February 2006, PTG qualified as a Master contractor under CATS I.

CATS is a multi-year, statewide RFP that enables any Maryland State agency to obtain IT services quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively through a Task Order (TO) process. PTG has been qualified in the Functional Areas (FA) below:

• FA 6: Systems/Facilities Management and Maintenance
• FA 7: Information System Security
• FA 9: IT and Telecom Financial & Auditing Services
• FA 10: IT Management Consulting Services
• FA 17: Documentation & Technical Writing
