Peter J. Chakales, President and Chief Executive Officer
Pete has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Previously, he was Manager of Global Technology and Manager of the Mid-Range Technology Group at Black & Decker Corporation, world headquarters. Pete also served as a Systems Engineer at Johns Hopkins University. He is responsible for leading and coordinating business development and long-term strategic growth at PTG.

Robert B. Reinhardt, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Bob has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining PTG, he was Manager of Online Systems Engineering for Comcast Cable. His background also includes such positions as Lead Systems Engineer for Black & Decker Corporation; Manager of Information Technology at Wilhelmsen Lines (USA), Inc.; Senior Systems Engineer at ARINC Research Corporation; and Manager of Operations at Geostar Corporation. As an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy, Bob was a Tomahawk Weapons Systems Supervisor and Combat Information Center Supervisor.

E. Robert Ensey, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bob has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Before joining PTG, he was Senior Account Manager of the Baltimore/Washington region for Compuware Corporation. Bob also served as an Executive with the Baltimore Sun newspaper company for over 20 years.

Charles A. Alexander, PE, CPA, CCE/A, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chuck has over 25 years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, cost analysis and engineering. He has held various positions such as Manager of a Cost Analysis Group at BOOZ|ALLEN|HAMILTON, before coming to PTG. Chuck has also worked at other management consulting firms performing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for clients and was a design engineer for the US Navy. Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed Professional Engineer, and former Certified Cost Analyst, Certified Cost Estimator (CCE/A) and holds an MBA in Finance.
